Information and Help Desk
Visitor information booths are available in the baggage reclaim area on the ground floor. Interpreters can be found in the customs clearance and boarding areas for international flights; they speak Dutch, German, Arabic, Spanish and French.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
A bank is situated in the covered walkway between Concourses A and B. There are ATMs located throughout the terminal.
Eating and drinking: A wide variety of restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets, cafés and snack bars can be found at the airport.
Shopping: The airport offers various shops, including an Elvis gift shop selling licensed Graceland merchandise, and various duty-free outlets.
Luggage services: Lost property is handled by the Memphis Airport Authority Police, available 24 hours a day (tel: 901 922 8050).
Other facilities: The airport also offers a health station and AED units (defibrillators) situated throughout the terminals. Baby-change facilities are available in all toilets and a nursery is also available in the terminal. Children's play areas can be found on all concourses.

Conference and Business Facilities
The International Travel Insurance and Business Center (tel: 901 922 8090) located in Ticket Lobby B offers fax and photocopying facilities, as well as notary and financial services including a bureau de change. The Skyport Inn (tel: 901 345 3220) provides three meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 50 people; catering can be provided. Radisson Memphis Hotel (tel: 901 332 2370) also offers conference and banqueting facilities.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is equipped with disabled toilets, lifts and ramps. TDD telephones can be seen in the main terminal and on all concourses. A TTY information service for hearing-impaired passengers is also available (tel: 901 922 8720). All car parks offer free disabled spaces available for drivers displaying disability ID. It is advisable for passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance to inform their airline prior to travel.
